We see clients by appointment to ensure you receive our complete attention. Most visits last 60-90 minutes.

This is where your bathroom comes to life—before a single tile is ordered, before any commitment is made.
We create photorealistic 3D renderings of your space. You'll see your bathroom from every angle, in different lighting conditions, with the exact materials and fixtures we're proposing. Want to see what different stone looks like? We'll render it. Wondering about alternative layouts? We'll show you.
The design package also includes detailed material specifications and technical drawings for your builder or installer. Everything they need to execute the design perfectly.

Once your design is approved, we handle sourcing and supply. We order from the suppliers we trust, coordinate delivery timing with your builder, and ensure everything arrives exactly as specified.
We're not installers ourselves—we work alongside your chosen builder or can recommend trusted partners in Kent and surrounding areas. This ensures you get specialist design expertise combined with installation by people who know your property.
We remain involved throughout the build, available for questions, checking materials on delivery, ensuring the design is executed as intended.

Do you install bathrooms?
No—we're designers and suppliers, not installers. We work alongside your chosen builder or installer, providing detailed specifications and technical drawings. This approach means you get specialist design expertise combined with your preferred installation team. If you don't have a builder, we can recommend several we trust.
How long does the design process take?
From initial consultation to final design approval typically takes 4-6 weeks. This allows time for showroom visits, design iterations, and material selections. The supply phase depends on product lead times—we'll discuss this during your consultation. Some materials are available within weeks; others (especially bespoke items) may take longer.
Can you work with my architect or interior designer?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with architects and interior designers, providing detailed specifications and technical drawings that integrate seamlessly with their plans. Many clients find this collaborative approach produces the best results—your architect handles structure and space, we handle bathroom-specific design and material specification.
Do you only work in Kent?
Our showroom is in Kent and we specialize in the local area, but we work with clients across Greater London, East Sussex, Surrey, and beyond. Virtual consultations make geography less restrictive than you might think.
What if I'm planning a renovation in 6-12 months?
